Termas de San Luis is located in the valley of Currarehue, in
the beautiful Araucania region in the south of Chile, at 818 kms. distance from Santiago,
in between the famous bathing resort of Pucón on the shores of Villarrica Lake and
the International Pass Mamuil Malal at the border of Chile and Argentina. |
| San Luis offers the best of nature to relax: two large swimming
pools with thermal water, pure and rich in minerals, recommended to improve skin
diseases, the nervous system and of course, to regain lost energies because of the
habitual stress and fatigue. One of the pools is completely roofed and the other one is
open, surrounded by leafy bushes and wild vegetation. Both swimming pools are open during
the whole year, day and night, so that the ones who prefer to bathe at night can have
the marvellous experience under the cordillera spoondrift.
In the middle of this beautiful natural surrounding you can also have bathshowers and sauna, suitable for a treatment of intensive and complete relaxation. If you want to enjoy your stay for some days, you will love the beautiful cottages of the place that are fully equipped for 5 to 6 persons and offer heating for the days of autumn and winter. The kitchen of the restaurant, known for its outstanding quality, will help you to feel even more at ease at this dreamlike place. If you come with the whole family, this will specially benefit the younger ones: as you may know, nobody gets more enchanted by the water than children, there are plenty of playing facilities for them as well. We'll notify you in advance: the little ones will not want to leave this place and neither will you. |

Leaving Pucón, head for the
International Route 119 of Curarrehue. Arriving at Catripulli turn to the left going up
the hill-road. The road is cemented and is in excellent condition.

Our guests are accommodated comfortably in six cottages: * all of them fully equipped
* hot water 24 hours a day * heating, if necessary. Each cottage offers room for five to six persons. |

Sauna - Bathtubes - Massages Our Thermal Pools are made with a coat of Laja stone and are supplied with a rotatory system that permits the evacuation and automatic change of the water. Gastronomic Services Bar - Cafeteria - 2 Restaurants - Grilling cottage
 In our restaurants, our cafeteria and our bar we serve delicious dishes of chilean and international cuisine and tasty vegetarian meals. In the "ruca", a Mapuche style cottage, we prepare typical regional specialities on an open fireplace. The vegetables we use are mostly grown in our own garden or in our green house. Other Services We have at our guests' disposition an entertaining area for children with fun games, a modern Mercedes Benz bus fully equipped for transports and excursions and a chapel for those who wish to meditate. We also offer horseback riding of two or of four hours, respectively, at rates that include the entrance fee to the swimming pools.
