Since all our guests or residents have free access to a fully equipped kitchen, there is no restaurant service. And only a few steps away there are several carry out restaurants, and others that take phone orders as well as provide home delivery.

Chilean Peso 12.500    (per person and night in a single room)


In case you will stay for a longer time (more than a month), we offer special rates from:

Chilean Peso 145.000 (per person and month in a double room)
Chilean Peso 175.000 (per person and month in a single room)


Our rates include all taxes, local phone calls and the use of our internet connections (DSL).


MODES OF PAYMENT

We accept: Chilean Peso, US-$, Euro   /   Cash, money transfer to one of our chilean or german bank accounts, international money orders.
